In that hot summer heat , i could not help but feel the need to find santuary in the local cafe . Once I walked into the La casa the lush cafe I  could feel the laid back atmosphere that had been excluded from the store . The lights were dimmed , so it would ensure an easy investment on one's eyes. The aroma was as if I was taken to another universe . The cafe itself gave a homey like feeling. The feeling made you feel welcomed . In contrast  the sound of soft song was playing in the background . The feeling that I realised from my hand to the glass of blue lagoon was just soothing

Here the environment is best for any college student as well as for a cute date  . You can find a perfect peace in this area . The dishes presented here are all hygienic freshly made.

The Inca Indians in Peru were the first to cultivate POTATOES around 8,000 BC to 5,000 B.C. In 1536 Spanish Conquistadors conquered Peru, discovered the flavors of the potato, and carried them to Europe.
INTRESTING RIGHT ....SO WHO IS THE INVENTOR ??? MEANS WHO ITRODUCED IT ??..YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN HAVING CURIOSITY RIGHT SO YOU WILL GET HERE 
Sir Walter Raleigh introduced potatoes to Ireland in 1589 on the 40,000 acres of land near Cork. It took nearly four decades for the potato to spread to the rest of Europe.

 

FRENCH FRIES

A Brief History

French Fries were introduced to the U.S. when Thomas Jefferson served them in the White House during his Presidency of 1801-1809. Collinet, chef for French King Louis Phillipe (reign 1830-1848) unintentionally created soufflés (or puffed) potatoes by plunging already fried potatoes into extremely hot oil to reheat them when the King arrived late for dinner one night. To the chef’s surprise and the king’s delight, the potatoes puffed up like little balloons. In 1853 railroad magnate Commodore Cornelius Vanderbilt complained that his potatoes were cut too thick and sent them back to the kitchen at a fashionable resort in Saratoga Springs, NY. To spite his haughty guest, Chef George Crum sliced some potatoes paper thin, fried them in hot oil, salted and served them. To everyone’s surprise, Vanderbilt loved his “Saratoga Crunch Chips,” and potato chips have been popular ever since.

SO WHO DONT LOVE FRENCH FRIES ...IF YOU DIDNT LOVED IT THEN YOU WOULD NOT BE HERE ...
NOW A DAYS WE CAN SEE VARIOUS TYPES OR VARITY OF THIS FRIES SUCH AS ..CHEESY FRENCH FRIES 
or  SEZWAAN FRENCH FRIES 
BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT CLASSIC FRENCH FRIES ARE lit  
THE RECIPE IS AS SIMPLE AS IT IS TECHNIQUAL 
YOU HAVE TO DRAIN OFF ALL THE STARCH FROM IT ...
YOU CAN EITHER REMOVE IT BY HALF BOILING OR WASHING IT WITH WATER ...
BASICALLY THE IDEA IS TO REMOVE THE EXTRA STARCH OUT OF IT 
KNOWING THAT I AM A SIMPLE BLOGGER I AM JUS TELLING YOU IN SIMPLE WAY 

JUST YOU HAVE TO BOIL THE POTATOES CUTED INTO STRIP UNLESS IT IS HALF DONE OR YOU ACN SAY FOR 5 MINUTES 

AFTER THAT DRAIN OFF THE ACCESS WATER AND PATDRY  IT ... UNDER  FAN OR BY WIPING IT ....FREEZE IT FOR 2 HOURS AND NOW COAT THE FRIES WITH CORN FLOUR AND FRY ITON MEDIUM FLAM SUCH THAT THE COAT OF CORNFLOUR STICKS TO THE FRIES PROPERLY . FRY TILL HALF DONE THEN YOU CAN DEEP FREEZE IT OR YOU CAN KEEP IT FOR 5 MINUTES AND FRY IT AGAIN TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND ENJOY YOUR FRENCH FRIES WITH COKE COFFEE OR WITH YOU PREFER TO EAT ...

So today's recipe is quiet known and is quick to make all you need is bread.... And potatoes 

Haha.. Must be thinking how so let's start the recipe right 

So for masala cheese sandwich we need 

Ingredients :

. Bread ( brown or simple) 

. Boiled potatoes (4 medium sized) 

 . Cheese slice 

. Mint and coriander chutney 

. Few of the spices... ( mentioned below in the paragraph) 

. Salad such as sliced onion, tomatoes, and beetroot 

These were the few of the main ingredients

So this recipe is also known as mumbai masala toast and is quick and ready to eat for those who are always in hurry or have no time to take proper meal.. You can experiment and give the substitute to potatoes . So let's get started

Method

First of all we have to make potatoes masala Or आलू मसाला

So first what you have to do is to heat the pan and add 5 spoon oil, when oil gets hot add mustard seeds and let the aroma of it get in the oil then add curry leaves and immediately add ginger garlic paste and 2 chopped green chilli 

Give it the stir and lower the flame and then add ½ spoon of turmeric powder and ½ spoon of garam masala powder. 

Roast it for a minute and then add your boiled and mashed potatoes 

At medium flame cook it for 5 minutes and done... 

Your masala potatoes will look something like this

So our spicy mashed potatoes are ready... 

Let's make our spicy chutney now. 

So in a mixture jar add handful of chopped coriander leaves, 5-10 mint leaves, 5 -6 garlic cloves, one lemon juice, and since we are making spicy chutney so we will add 5 green chillies and salt per taste. 

You can either make dahi wali chutney by adding 2 spoon of curd and grinding it or 

Add 2 spoon of dedicated coconut and grind it by adding water as per requirements 

The choice is all your ☺because when you experiment things you enjoy cooking or doing any work 

So our spicy chutney is ready and will look like 


The consistency of the chutney should be quite thick because we have to apply on bread 


So our all the preparation is done 

Let's move for assembling 

Take a bread slice.. Apply butter generously  then apply green chutney on it... Take a spoonful amount of masala aalo and make a small tikki aur ball of it and put on your bread 🍞 now add your salads ( sliced onion, tomato, and beetroot) , sprinkle black pepper power and chaat masala on top now take a cheese slice and put it on and now take another bread apply butter and green chutney on top and put it on your first bread upside down ... Now your sandwich is ready to toast 

Apply butter on toaster and put your bread patch on it and cook it on low to medium flame untill the upper part of the bread gets crispy. 

Da da you are done.... No serve it with tomato sauce aur mayo as per your choice.

Mango Mint Mojito

 Best recipe for summer... 

Mangoes are something that we love in summers so lets make an interesting recipe out of it .... So its very difficult for people who loves shake but are lactogen intolerance problem many of the time they have to search for coconut milk but in todays recipe I will tell you about the simplest recipe you can make out of mangoes 

so it is my first blog and I dont have enough idea about it ....but I am sure that I can explain you about it 

Mango mint mojito 

All you need is mangoes ☺


So those who love mangoes but are Lactogen intolerance they can give this recipe a try... 

So we should talk about the ingredients 

. 2 Mangoes  ripe

. 4 spoon sugar or honey

. 5-10 ice cubes

. 1 lemon juice

. Pinch of salt

. Water or soda 

And who are crazy about mint leaves can add 4 leaves for fresh flavors 

Steps

First cut all the mangoes into slices and remove the skin and put
all the ingredients in a mixer jar acept water or soda 

Just grind it well and adjust the consistency by adding water or soda and da da you are done... Enjoy this drink with your family
