 Best recipe for summer... 

Mangoes are something that we love in summers so lets make an interesting recipe out of it .... So its very difficult for people who loves shake but are lactogen intolerance problem many of the time they have to search for coconut milk but in todays recipe I will tell you about the simplest recipe you can make out of mangoes 

so it is my first blog and I dont have enough idea about it ....but I am sure that I can explain you about it 

Mango mint mojito 

All you need is mangoes ☺


So those who love mangoes but are Lactogen intolerance they can give this recipe a try... 

So we should talk about the ingredients 

. 2 Mangoes  ripe

. 4 spoon sugar or honey

. 5-10 ice cubes

. 1 lemon juice

. Pinch of salt

. Water or soda 

And who are crazy about mint leaves can add 4 leaves for fresh flavors 

Steps

First cut all the mangoes into slices and remove the skin and put
all the ingredients in a mixer jar acept water or soda 

Just grind it well and adjust the consistency by adding water or soda and da da you are done... Enjoy this drink with your family
